Zofia has a broad international tax and transfer pricing experience, including (bilateral) APAs, tax audits and international tax planning projects. Having started her career at the Dutch Tax Authorities, she joined one of the Big 4 firms afterwards, and finally broadened her global transfer pricing expertise in-house at Dutch-based multinationals. In her in-house role, she led several transfer pricing projects to develop, implement, maintain and monitor the global transfer pricing structure, documentation and strategy.  She has a strong drive to develop solutions to implement and automate both tax and transfer pricing processes. Passionate about developing and empowering people, Zofia has also participated as a public speaker and panelist for several international tax conferences.
